A series of eight sculptural works installed in a single site.

These works take resonance from forms of natural growth in old architectural structures that have undergone periodic neglect. They also take imagery from sproutings and mushrooming aspects of nature that is constantly changing and growing, subversively resisting human need to build and stagnate change. 
Taking the specificity of a gallery as remnants of a colonial site as the starting point, metaphors of sprouting nature in the form of soft, flexible  sculptures, reorient the site with a pervasive life form resisting the archiving impulse of our times.
